Individual coaching

Coaching that’s right for you. There is not a “one size fits all'' method  to successfully evolve, achieve goals or change habits . I support you as you  work toward your goals, develop leadership skills, self-awareness and navigate all of life’s complexity.

Here's some of the ways to work me. Are you ready?

Short-Term Coaching 

  • One, Energy Leadership Index (ELI)  assessment

  • Four, 50-minute coaching sessions

  • Sessions need to be completed within 8 weeks.


NOTE: The debrief of the ELI assessment is counted as one coaching session. 

Fees are collected at the time of booking.

3 Month Coaching

  • One, Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment

  • Three, 90-minute coaching sessions per month

  • A three-month minimum commitment required

  • Unlimited check ins (5-10 minute interactions) via email or text. These are used for questions, advice, pep-talks.

  • Curated resources to support your goals.

NOTE: The ELI debrief of your results is counted as one coaching session.

6 Month Coaching

  • One, Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment

  • Three, 90-minute coaching sessions per month

  • Bonus  2.5 hours of coaching to use when and how you like.

  • A six-month minimum commitment required

  • Unlimited check ins (5-10 minute interactions) via email or text. These are used for questions, advice, pep-talks.

  • Curated resources to support your goals.

NOTE: The ELI debrief of your results is counted as one coaching session.
