[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I love being a Core-Energy dating and relationship coach!

I help people become more aware of themselves, their choices and actions.

A typical client is a well-functioning individual who is:

Aware and wants to see changes in their life but needs help choosing the correct path and staying on it.

Accepts that what they have been doing isn’t working.

Open to exploring their thoughts and beliefs which may be interfering with progress

Willing to discover their inner values and purpose and possibly change them if they no longer serve them

A healthy coaching relationship contains:

  1. Trust

  2. Measurable goals

  3. Accountability

  4. Action plans

  5. Honest dialogue

A successful coaching relationship creates transformational change that can be seen in:

  1. Client’s increased awareness and use of intuition, logic and emotions when handling both normal and stressful situations.

  2. Client’s increased ability to self-coach and adjust as needed.

  3. Client’s increased ability to listen, observe and utilize others feedback.

There is purposely no mention of dating, sex, or relationships above because a good coach can coach anything. I coach your energy, not your problem. We are holistic beings. It is highly likely that what persists, blocks and frustrates you in one area of your life is present or lurking in other areas as well.

Identifying your blocks, limiting beliefs, assumptions and fears is the first step to your new and improved (fill in the blank).  If you want to improve your relationships,  job or life in general, consider hiring a certified Core-Energy Coach.
